In Hrušky they thanked for the harvest and blessed the new bells

The Church of St. Bartholomew was the place where on Sunday 29.9.2024 local and foreign citizens gathered for a festive mass, to give thanks for the harvest and to bless the new bells. The mass was led by the new parish priest, Mr. Zdeněk Fučík, and during the mass he also emphasized that the blessing of the bells was a special event. The church, which was badly damaged by a tornado on June 24, 2021, became a symbol of the natural disaster.
