I'm the same on berms man, just believing that front wheel isn't going to disappear out from under you is scary. Bentonville looks so cool in a different way and to think the town is basically designed around biking. What a great place to visit

I moved to Bentonville 9 months ago and I love it here. I live 3/4 mile from Slaughter Pen. It’s so easy to get out and ride.

I guess it's the GoPro effect for me. A lot of these riders I would see these tracks and go "yeah. I could probably do that." And then I hit my local trails in Northeast Kansas where I promptly projectile vomited after an hour or so. In short, I need to get in better shape and I should probably go with a buddy. But it's really awesome to see you progress. I hope to get to Bentonville soon as it's only 4 hours away from me.

My friends and I drove over to Hobbs State Park yesterday on April Fool's day and rode. Weather was absolutely perfect, we rode all 18 miles of the trails east of the Visitor Center. The views of Beaver Lake on the Karst Trail are beautiful, highly recommend. I also recommend riding at Devil's Den, the trail Devil's Race Track is awesome.

Wow. Pine Bluff. I use to go there all the time when the chemical storage and destruction facility was there. I spent much time at III Gables Club and a few others back in the day.

It's like a bike amusement park! Where I ride it's a grind going over 12" high roots and rocks. If I'm not mistaken did you make a few jumps uphill? That looks like pure fun. Because you're humble enough and curious enough, you seek out coaching and get better every time. Good for you!

If you do get out there, be forewarned, there is a bit of learning curve. Bentonville is very pedally, without a lot of sustained downhill, so you need to adjust to pedalling a lot more into features than you would in a place with big downhills.

nice ride , you might like the way the bike turns if you drop the stem a spacer , its pretty high. you can always put it back

You are getting better, cornering is a result of good weight distribution and separating the body from the bike. You can lean forward but the best front weight technique is putting the knee ahead of the foot (pedal). The best way to get faster & jump worthy is coaching. Ninja has excellent skills clinics, others are good too
