Actually, his school days were very sad. At home he was worshiped by his parents, his brother couldn't even do magic. He thought he was something special, powerful. At least his parents told him. When he started school he realized that he wasn't that talented and was so insecure that he didn't want to learn magic anymore. We all know how it ended.

This was amazing. I love how they gave a back drop to Lockhart's character showing how he was this person who craved love and attention. It kind of, bot excuses, but gives us at least some background on lock hart. Very interesting. And the cosplayers and everything, and the props and costumes were all superb. Love it !!!
