My dear me I remind them every day that you need me as much as I need you so you don't need to look down upon me cos I am a maid I chose to to this job cos I saw it could pay me much more than I would have earned for my qualifications back home that's why I chose to come work for you otherwise pipo like demeaning maids like they are animals

Watching from The United States of America 🇺🇸 ❤. It does not matter if a lady is from the village or not. 95% of the married women are from the village and married a rich man. To me, the village ladies makes a better wife. So, to the men, never look down on a village lady. It’s a Blessing to marry a village lady. Much love ❤❤❤

Healing physically or emotionally
@maureentaylor87457 ай бұрын
@julianaansah4255 mainly emotionally. We humans are more alike than different. These movies touch all of my emotions, sometimes they make me laugh so loud and put a smile on my face, some movies make me sad and it's hard to finish, but, I know I need the lesson, some movies make me mad, angry and frustrated, they bring up those deep buried feelings that I pushed down and tried to hide, some movies help me to worship, praise and leap for joy, reminding me how awesome our God is. I use these movies for soul healing. I must say, Maurice Sam's acting skills are superb, as well as Frederick Leonard. All of the actors and actresses are great, but I really take time to learn from the messages and lessons in the movies portrayed with Maurice Sam and Frederick Leonard.

Is it a Nigerian culture to disrespect the maid because I would like to know because if someone is there to pick up after you the least you can do is respect them money is not all because money can finish and you still need the help of the same person you disrespect ❤

Every Nigerian movie I have watched, they treat their help TERRIBLE. So to the people saying this happens everywhere STOP. Because I have NEVER seen this behavior in EVERY movie of people outside of Africa. So the fact that African movies show it ALL OF THE TIME is enough for me to believe they truly think they are better than anyone they feel is beneath them. Disgusting!

Very abusive. I sometimes wonder if this domestic violence is part of the African culture. Abuse is abuse. American workplace culture abuse some of their workers with bullying, mental, emotionally and psychological abuse, sexual harassment, age discrimination, and class and status discrimination. All in all, it's about power and the lack of emotional intelligence in the workplace. I pray this behavior is not the norm in the Nigerian employment system. Some employers are just rude, arrogant, and evil insecure and power hungry. I'm learning so much from these Nigerian movies, thank you from a Black American woman born, raised, and living in the USA. ❤️
