Naya did such a wonderful job at portraying one of the most enjoyable tv characters. Undoubtedly her character played a small role in helping some teens come to terms with their sexuality and learn that’s it okay to just be you. She’ll be forever missed. My heart hurts for her loved ones 💜

I know myself pretty well and I know that I am emotional and stuff but this made me smile and cry at the same time. I have seen Naya only on Glee but no one can ignore, nor deny the fact that her star shone so bright and she helped and inspired so many of us, no matter what exactly we believe in. She had the whole package - the smile, the charisma, the passion, the talent. She didn't deserve her light to go out so soon, yet life is unfair and way too cruel sometimes...not a day goes by that I don't remember her and rewatch her performances on the show. I still refuse to believe that she is gone. she will always be truly and deeply missed but her legacy will live on. rest in power, queen.

I was listening to her book just yesterday and she talked about how she believed that god had a plan for her, I truly believe that being on glee in the role of Santana and being Josey’s mom was the plan that god had for her, she helped hundreds of people in different ways me included I guess this is why her passing still hurts. She was an amazing mother, friend, sister and daughter. She left being not only a legend but a hero for her son in her last moments and to many of us. She was one of kind, my prayers to her friends and family.
