We're from Pachino and when I felt the need for some comfort food I would watch your mom cook and then make the recipe. Your mom brought me much happiness yo all of us. I am so sorry for your loss. I just found this channel tonight while searching for a cuccidati recipe. I then saw the beef stew recipe. Of course I never met her but she will be living on through complete strangers as we attempt to cook like she did. I'll think of her and your family when I try both recipes.
