Harry Anderson did one of the funniest magic tricks I’ve ever seen. He did some appearances on SNL and in one he took a large needle and stuck it through his arm which made the audience gasp. One lady screamed as she saw him slide it in and out of his arm and Harry said “Lady! It’s a truck!!” and as he slid it again you saw a trickle of blood appear. Harry looked at it and said “Wait a minute, that’s not supposed to happen…” and while the needle was still in his arm he got out a book to read the instructions! A minute later he pulled the needle out revealing no blood at all

When I drove my truck at night cross country Coast to Coast AM was a show I listened to regularly. Never had a face to put to the name till now. No matter how kooky the caller Art would always treat them with respect .

Discovered this Tribute platform, it's Beautiful. Everybody from a average person to extremely Famous. Why is Marlene VerPlanck not mentioned?? Famous jazz artists worked with everyone from Kiss to Sinatra. Huge jingle singer in the 70s and did the most famous commercial of them all, Campbell's Soup. RIP: January 14, 2018

R.L. Ermey acted in another movie about the Marines in the Vietnam War era called "The Boys In Company C". He also played a USMC Drill Instructor in that film too. I think that it came out around 1978. One of his lines from the movie, "Full Metal Jacket": "You can give your heart to Jesus. But your ass belongs to the Corps".
