I had never even heard of him until now, but from what I gathered from people's posts about his passing, he was truly an inspiring and profound figure in our organization, and the SCA is poorer for his passing. Long live the King and may his memory live on for many years to come. 😥

I met him once at a Outland's crown. Where he was fighting the bye’s. He was such an Inspiration to watch, after that I went out of my way to find every KZbin video I could find of him fighting.

Not familiar with him but his armor & fighting seems vaguely familiar. So in my 35 years in SCA combat, I hope I had the honor of fighting with & against him. My condolences for all who knew & love him.

I had only just met him in March but had the honor of camping with his folks at a recent event. I believe his been king of the west during Pennsic sometime in the last handful of years.
