This is our newly developed coffee lid, made of PP. The challenge of this cup lid is that the buckle of the upper lid must perfectly match the buckle of the lower lid.
The position of punching holes in the lower lid must be very precise. The traditional production method must be carried out through four-station equipment, that is, forming-punching-cutting-stacking; however, this production method is difficult to ensure the accuracy of the punching position due to the shrinkage of the sheet and the accuracy of the equipment and molds. Leading to extremely high product defect rates.
