The handcrafted products are the single shadows. I still think the have an unique and lovely formula. They sold out palettes in less than half hour before. In my opinion they got really busy without the help or storage space. Not everything is preorder.

I'd say 80% of their products are preorder though! In marketing speech, preorder means less risk for the business. They can see how much request they get and then make the products. However it is certainly a bore when you have to wait 3 weeks for your order to be shipped

Ensley Reign has turned me off from palettes because of their prices and pre-orders.
