I can relate to Hailey so much after today. Not only because my name is Haylie, but I went to preform in front of my school mates today, and I was so confident. But when they all looked at me, I froze and ran into the bathroom and cried for 20 minutes straight. I knew I had stage fright, but didn't realize it was that bad until I went to preform. After I calmed down though, I was able to preform. I just got lost in the music, and went for it. So you can do this to Hailey!! Sing with Jake, and don't be scared!! (i know it's a show and not real, but still. YOU GO HAILEY!!)

Being completely honest, I’ve never really suffered from stage fright because I’ve been acting since I was born. But when I decided I wanted to pursue singing, first time I got on stage I froze up. It’s a completely different feeling as your voice is a part of you unlike acting where your pretending to be in other peoples shoes. It’s hard to explain but something just feels different when trying to sing in front of people rather than acting. It’s weird because I’ve also performed on the piano and my viola no problem. I love singing and it is a great passion of mine but I guess that’s what makes it so scary to do, you feel as if you may get shot down and your dream is not possible. That’s why I relate to Hailey so much
