Aoa sir wo students jo kuch reasons ki wjah sy pakistan shift hogaye but unkay parent bahir hee hon and in students ne fsc pak sy ki ho toh kya İnka ho skta hai overseas base

Walaikumasalam Agar kisi student ka NICOP nahi banawa aur local CNIC banawa hai aur uski education bhi bahar ki nahi hai, Pakistan ki hai, tau wo Overseas seat k liye apply nahi karsakta. Lekin DOW mei kuch seats hoti hain jinhen Overseas Sponsored seats kaha jata hai. Ye seats un students k liye hoti hain jinke parents atleast bahar hain aur bache yahin pe hain Pakistan mei. Un seats k liye ap apply karsakte hain.
