He stayed away from the ladies most of his life...well actually he ran and hid when they made moves on him 😏😂... but now he is addicted to FJ and without her life is no longer worth living. Its also why he is over protective and jealous of everyone ...abandonment issues. But FJ came back to him, didn't die and bound herself to him with gungun.. happy and relaxed DH.

To be honest I can't tell you where I wrote it cause ELoD was kinda my Cor*na lockdown escape.. .it kept me sane. 😂🤣 KZbin recommended it to me otherwise I would have never gone and look for it myself cause I am not Chinese. And what I wrote, its all a blur to me at this point.🤣 But I liked diving into the story. The story makes much more sense when you watch it from DH's point of view instead of FJ's. 2 little theories to keep in mind. 1) The DH you see isn't the real DH....xuanren and mister "I like sweets" is. DH had to survive so he created the pokerface to look indestructible and heartl*ss...like he has no weakness so you better not attack him....when in reality..😏😢....come on women hitting on him made him run and hide into the palace.😂🤣😂🤣 But if you see it as a mask you can pick up on xuanren underneath even before he went to the mortal realm. FJ could see it to so I really think FJ is infj. I know people think she is enfp...sure in the other movie and as a kid yes but aren't we all. But enfp is the shadow function of the infj. When FJ's plan doesn't go as planned or when she gets overwhelmed she gets enfp-ish. She gets "F it YOLO"...and jumps into the snakes or off of a mountain....or she indulges on the sensory like drinking whine or eating or watching the moon. Thats how an infj handles stress. 😊 That and we isolate ourselves...which FJ does as well. 2) he knew the second he came back. He was crying and mourning the lose of his love. But stopped the second lian song was smiling in a "I know something you don't know" kinda way. DH could sense someone punked him HARD and lian song was in on it. Especially when lian songs knife was xiaojiu's knife. The man isn't d*mb and that was the moment lian song made it onto DH's sh!tlist. He knew he got punked it was only a matter of "which one of you d*ckhe*ds is in on it? So I know which one to punish". Just look at what he did with aranya...he saw her entire life in the mirror. He could have done the same thing for xuanren in a second. But he already remembered. Its why he stopped moarning her cause he knew she's not dead....she just messed with his heart and probably never loved him but helped them punk him. 😈 He asked for su mengs report not to know what happened cause he already knew. It was to see if he was in on it as well. Su mengs report was a lie and that placed him on his sh!tlist as well. He even said out loud it didn't match his memories. He wasn't trying to find out if his memories were correct (even after the report he wasn't buying it). He was testing su meng. He lied....but why.🤔 So from DH's perspective FJ was simply one of that little group that set out to mess with him from the start. FJ never loved him she punked him. Its why he treats her as a shrew to tame.....but he still loves her underneath it all and he is trying to make the heartless shrew love him too. He has no idea whats really going on.😂🤣😂🤣 He has his pokerface back up and thats how he approaches FJ. Until he finds out the truth. No need to fake the mask with her...he can be xuanren with her. And xiaojiu wasn't a fake...its the real FJ and she loves him. That's the second you see xuanren behind the wheel again. Emotionally he is acting like xuanren again. Instead of him wanting to dominate and tame the little shrew. Instead he serves her again and worries about her wellbeing, feelings and safety. His actions and body language is exactly like xuanren again. I think from DH's perspective he was in an ab*sive relationship with a narc. He jumped through hoops but nothing he did made her love him. She manipulated and played him like a f*ol. And when he came back she had the nerve to ghost him and pretended they never met....he is nothing to her....they were married for crying out loud. From DH's point of view thats still his wife and he is trying to fix his marriage but he is still hurting. I think he is being smart about it. As xuanren all he wanted was a second chance...to forget all that came between them and start over with a clean slate. Well as long as he hides that he knows.... she will pretend to not know him....its a clean slate. 😏 So DH's is trying to recreate their relationship but this time without simping cause FJ said she liked strong men. He tries to hide his inner xuanren (which is d*mb cause thats the real him and you can't fake yourself for the rest of your life...be yourself and the right person will love that). And by hiding his love FJ doesn't know he is after her at all. Which is why he freaked out and made an obvious move after she ran out on him with yan again. Its Qingty 2.0 and that scared the hell out of DH. Its why he indirectly confessed to caring about her and trying to make her confess she cares about him as well. The bloody kiss: He pretends not to care but in that moment he acts on feelings watching her fall. His pokerface slipped and he kissed her. While FJ has her guard up cause she got hurt by this man twice and she won't let him hurt her a 3d time. Kissing him out of the blue and getting confronted by xuanren scared her and she runs away from it unto the icy stakes. But that moment...its a genuine moment between them....both of them have their guards down and are honest. His mask is off for a second and thats xuanren expressing his feelings. And he couldn't help but kiss her. And she bite him. His reaction wasn't about the bite. It was an emotionally open moment...first of the love he was trying to hide but still has for her otherwise he wouldn't have kissed her....followed by the pain he was trying to hide. Its not about him kissing her but she bite him as a response. Its xuanren...he was nothing but loving to her and she ripped his heart out and hurt him badly.....she killed him. Its a "why did you hurt me?" kinda moment. He tells her "if you hurt someone you should feel remorse and say you are sorry"....he wants her to be remorseful for what she did to xuanren but instead she ghosts him and he doesn't get closure cause she doesn't acknowledge they ever happened to begin with and its eating DH up from the inside. He pretends to not feel a thing but he does. So when he is loving to her and kissed her and she bites him...hurting him again for no reason (from DH's point of view)...she did it again! ...and the emotions come out. When she says "sorry". He asks her if she is really sorry or lying to him again.....cause after xiaojiu he doesn't trust a word she says. Is she really sorry or just screwing with his head again. She says "I don't have a reason to lie". His "people lie to make themselves feel better". Its xuanren saying "you lied to me and messed with my heart cause you got off on it". From DH's perspective she lied to him and ripped his heart out to punk him cause she likes hurting people. From his point of view its what she did with fiance number 2 as well....its what she did with the blind dates as well. He thinks she does it cause she likes to hurt people. That conversation is exactly why FJ pretends to not know him. She ghosted him cause even as xiaojiu she was worried that if he knew he would be mad at her for doing it. Its why she tries to hide it from him. But in that moment....indirectly he is confronting her with it...with his love he still feels for her....and with the pain she is still causing him and the anger he feels cause she isn't saying sorry. He tried his best to hide it but in that moment he reacts on impulse...his guard is down and her bite triggered what he was trying to hide and the emotional flud gates open. He is not in control of his feelings and neither is FJ. I really like that scene cause it summed it all up and its such a raw and honest moment between them. Both of them are hiding who they truly are and what they truly feel and that little moment is a trigger....its like an emotional volcano thats erupting. I like that scene. 😂🤣😂🤣 They are not DH and FJ in that moment....its xuanren and xiaojiu. Their emotional bond/history/ relationship is still alive and kicking even if both of them pretend its over....its no where near over or the volcano wouldn't have erupted. If he felt nothing he wouldn't have kissed her and her aggressive response to his expression of love wouldn't have hurt him. And if she felt nothing she wouldn't have freaked out by that kiss....its a fight or flight reaction...actually both...she bites him (fight) and runs onto the ice (flight). He got behind her guards and its freaking her out. 😂🤣😂🤣

@@Ebizzill There are actually severally pokerface slipped moments but the bloody kiss is the most obvious and emotionally raw one. The restaurant scene is a good one as well. FJ is having a domestic dispute with her husband but she isn't aware she is having one cause she doesn't know thats still xuanren. She is not picking up on his emotions....but lian song is. Its xuanren jealous that Qingty got 1 cake all over again. He tries to hide his feelings but now she lived with Qingty 2.0 for 6 months and knows what another man likes. His wife was pleasing another man for 6 months and is rubbing it in his face right in front of her husband. And this time all the men were having her cakes...accept him. It was another volcano moment. He tried his best to keep his anger hidding but in the end he attacked yan....and then tried to hide it by pretending it was an accident. Nope you lost your self control. 😂🤣😂🤣 He already made up his mind he was gonna kill yan before that moment (thats why lian song brought the potion remember...to kill yan and make Fj forget him). He was hiding his feeling like champ but watching yan tell his wife to cook for him and saying she knows what he likes right in front of her husband..."must kill yan".👿 Lian song was needling him about the cakes. But his explosion wasn't about the cakes. Her emotionally cheating on him right in front of him was kinda an emotional kick in the nuts. He tried to make her jealous with ji heng but FJ couldn't have cares less (cause she doesn't know thats what he was doing). "Enjoy the soup (and the w!tch serving it) see if I care". It annoyed DH so much he couldn't hide it anymore. His facial expression after he threw the soup at yan. He looked at FJ like "I think I made my point". But she has no idea what was going on, that there were anger issues to begin with nor that he was communicating his displeasure at her in the first place. Hubby was putting his foot down but she was clueless about it cause she doesn't know thats hubby...she doesn't know she is emotionally cheating on him. 😂🤣😂🤣

@@nikkivlogs2524 Bai Qian is Fengui's Aunt so Gun Gun would be her nephew so her title is Great Aunt/gugu or whatever the family dynamic is, as for Donghua well it's a case of call me Dijun if all else fails.

@@yvonneburns2786 Bai Qian is Feng Jiu's Aunt so Gun Gun would be her grandson as Gun Gun's grandfather (FJ's father) is BQ's brother. :) Which means A-Li is GG's uncle (A-Li and FJ are cousins) on his mother's side. Considering Ye Hua is not related by blood to Dong Hua, then A-Li does not really need to call GG uncle.. Hahahahha

@@yvonneburns2786 Asian culture (East Asians at least - I don’t know about the others) don’t use the “great” aunt/uncle/ niece/ nephew system. We just go by generations only. Since Bai Qian is same generation as Feng Jiu’s dad (brother and sister), Gun Gun would definitely call Bai Qian Grandma. Gun gun in turn would be considered Bai Qian’s grand son. The only “great” title used would be Feng Jiu’s grandpa, Gun gun would call him Great Grandfather.

That would make them first cousins, once removed, not uncle and nephew. The way lineage works, the child of your aunt is your first cousin. The child of your mother’s aunt is your first cousin, one generation removed from you, or first cousin, once removed.
