How do I contact this church group? My mother passed away on May 12th and a Celebration of Life Service is to be held June 26. This song, as part of the musical Celebrate Life, was on of Mom's favorite songs. I'd love to get a recording of this to play at her service. Any help contacting this church for a recording would be greatly appreciated.

Who wrote the lyrics? Courtney. ..this is a Catholic communion hymn. It was written for the 41st International Eucharistic Conference in 1976. It was held in Philadelphia.

Sorry, Bob -- I was there in the early 1970s when it was written, as well as singing the part of Mary (Carry Him Gently and Mary's Song) in one of the earliest productions held at Ridgecrest, North Carolina (a Baptist retreat). I met Courtney Ragan then. It was at least 3 or 4 years before the Philly conference.
