Actually the sure sign of Spiritual progress is lightness of the soul and also the entire being. This is perceived by the practitioner and a sense of lightness of the soul is perceived by people surrounding such a practitioner of calibre. It is possible that this can be physically manifested at times like what you have explained, otherwise it is essentially lightness of the soul which gives a feeling of body-lessness. Secondly what you say as vak-siddhi is not 'what you say becomes truth', rather the state is that, 'the faculty of nature responsible for truth works under your command to make things happen in this material world'. Actually there are different levels of truth. 1st situation is that we seldom say the truth. 2nd situation is we always tell the truth. 3rd situation is that you have no realisation as to what is non- truth (if I'm permitted that freedom of expression). And the 4th stage is What you say has to become the truth. So if you see closely, truth is not an absolute concept. It is relative.
