In Search of a Great Steak I ended up with a cold burger 😢

While in search of a steak, we headed to Ballincollig in Cork to try out another Google Gemini recommendation, "The Tradehouse"
When we got there, we found yet another restaurant that doesn't include a steak in their daytime menu, so we headed out to another quick Google search, "The White Horse,"
So I went to their Burger option. The staff were busy flying around dealing with everyone & seemed to be doing their best but I have a couple of pet hates when I'm eating out two of which as McDonald's frozen chips and a cold plate but today I added a third and that was cold food.
My burger was luke warm & not in anyway hot, if I'd been to McDonald's and been served this I'd have taken it back or binned it.
You can see the cheese had even cooled down and was no longer running down the bun.
I don't want to be doing a negative review but this was so disappointing that I'd only give it 2 out of 10 and one of those is because it looked pretty.
Would you have paid your bill if your food was cold like this or just paid up left and never came back?
