We have one and it doesn't heat the recycled asphalt up as it shows,what are we doing wrong

Is there asphalt in the millings that you are putting in the hopper? It has to be a really good millings in order to produce good material. Are you adding enough rejuvenator? Rejuvenator is only used for millings and not virgin mix. Ideally, virgin mix is needed to have the best results. Virgin mix just needs a few gallons of Vegetable oil to produce plant-like material.

We would get to the plant at 320 degrees now I know not to turn it on till after receiving material

The boxes won't go any higher than 300 degrees. Never pre-heat the box and never spray any solvents into the box when hot. It's like cooking an egg on a hot skillet. You will cook the material and burn it and also warp the floor over time.
