Can we use this technology in Punjab,India were land is highly degraded due to the over usage of chemical fertilisers .

I feel like the only factor that would matter is the price of this method. It is really expensive and i don't think Indian/State government will spend it on this, considering people still sulfuring with clean surface water problems. just a thought though, not known to ground problems.
