In Telecom Csfallback happening on 3G even though site having only 2G&4G technology

Facing similar issue on Airtel. Neighbor site which is km away is overshooting it's 4G 2300 / 1800 MHz signal thus making my phone latch on to the neighbor site instead of the one closest to me. Only difference here is ...instead of calls my data speeds are severely affected.

Same we have face these issue on LJGLA01 Site.. Legacy nw is 2g but fall back is going on 3g..Sir , please provide solution.
