God gave the seventh day rest to Adam and Eve not the Jewish people. He blessed it, santified it and me it holy. No other day was blessed etc. The Sabbath was kept by humans from the beginning even before God wrote the 10 commandments with His finger. God's last day people will be keeping the seventh day as it is part of the 10 commandments. If only people would study their bible for themselves asking for the holy spirit's guidance and not rely on ministers' interpretation without checking for themselves.
