This one has been a long time coming. There I was, back in 2020, finishing up my undergraduate career whilst the world was falling apart. I burned through so many games during this time. As a rogue-like lover, Hades had my attention from the start and never let go. I blitzed this game to get to the final ending. That was when (Spoilers) I heard In the Blood. The bridge captivated me entirely. I knew in that moment I wanted to cover it.
Then my graduate school career started, and I had no time to do music. But somehow, slowly I chipped away at this. Slowly, I had epiphany upon epiphany while writing, recording, and editing. Suddenly, God of the Dead made its way into the song, along with my own twists of course. Next thing you know I am wearing a red contact lens to look like my boy Zag. After much time, here we are. I hope you all enjoy my rendition of In the Blood from Hades.
