By intellectual rights, fox (more specifically, the artists, authors and who ever) still owns anastasia due to the intellectual property rights of the contract the was initially created; content of which is a mystery to us peons. Intellectual rights don't change just because a company gets sold. People still get paid based off what they created. End of story.
