B3astpwn RSPS This is a manga, but there's an anime version. However, the anime version doesn't follow the manga and is poorly done, so I'd avoid it (except for the OST -- which is GORGEOUS).

+MyVampireEyes i was so dissapointed, the anime didnt even introduce one of the most important characters, which is lacie. and they didnt include the plottwists, not even one of them, and the plottwists actually explain : 1 why Oz got pushed in the Abyss 2 who jack actually is and what he's doing 3 why Alice lost her memories and who she actually is 4 it explains who Alyss (a.k.a white alice) is 5 it explains WHAT HAPPENED AT THE TRAGEDY OF SABLIER AND WHY IT HAPPENED, the whole story is about the tragedy of sablier and about the reason why Oz got pushed in the Abyss, and the anime didnt include anything of that.........................................

+Laura Shinigami they didn't have a lot material then and unfortunately they changed it up the academy arc somewhat but really changed afterwards. interestingly though it still played off the ideas of the manga's climax in the anime. Like meeting Xai, inevitably going to Sablier, Oz releasing his power on his own without Gil, Alyce (Abyss) going berserk and becoming unstable, hence the many chains that come pouring into the real world. Something I finally noticed is that Jack speaks of Alice's death, it sounds very similar to how Obi-wan Kanobe speaks that Anakin is "killed" or "murdered" by someone else. While it's true to a sense, it can also be misleading or misinterpreted and taken literal; at face value. Very clever play on words, but I figured out eventually - months before the reveal came out - that Alice self inflicted the death blow herself. Actually the anime has a lot of hints to the later chapters. I think it's ep 14 maybe - who killed poor Alice? when Oz's hand moves and he temporarily goes crazy is the ep with the most hints
