Hi Scott, Nice videos, looking forward to your next episode. I have been prospecting for a few years now, and I was just thinking about the "How to video" for prospectors. There are many newbies out there trying to figure things out, so I thought maybe a video starting at home loading the basics and survival things that a person needs for the trip. Then get out to a club claim and talk about the type of terrain and what things to look for when deciding on where to look. Maybe talk about washes, crevacing, detecting, or just the basics that anyone can do with minimal equipment.

I never would have thought of doing it that way. Thanks Scott.

I'm about to start doing exactly what you said at the end of this video. Sold my business in becoming a prospector.

Scott, thanks for the videos. I have a question, you mentioned looking for "horse shoes" in the terrain. Can you explain a little, deeper what you mean by that, maybe over lay it on a map? Thanks and keep up the good work, it's much appreciated. Shonn C

That's a great tip....Thanks!! Quick question, how can you get a map of a certain area that will allow you to be that detailed with your test holes? Most topo maps that I've found just aren't "zoomed" in enough. Keep up the great videos. By the way, I'm a newbie to this AZ prospecting and love it!

Scott, you covered the pattern fairly well but I'd like to know how deep should I dig down for testing?

Hey Scott Glad you made it back to AZ. I have been working the Stanton area. Just finished a two week trip out there. Check out my videos. I would appreciate any criticisms.

How do "puffer" dry washers compare to those using a blower? BTW, I have relatives in Frankfort IN.

it only matters how much do you want to run...motors are more dirt

nice video! I have a question- how deep do I dig a sample hole? ( on average) thanks!

we go knee high at least..some times leg high..depends on rocks or fine sediment.
