Chapati=roti.. they both are cooked/roasted on stove without oil/fat.. we put ghee on top, but only after roti is cooked & off the stove fire.. while in paratha we use oil/butter/ghee while cooking it on tawa (on stove). Parathas also come in stuffed variants, which then named according to the stuffings.

One of the pot had heavy cream in it. When you heat milk and let it cool in room temp or slower, the thick fatty layer that is formed on top, is separated and collected. That's heavy crememe Life hack: you can heat the heavy cream str8 in a pot to extract gheu. Then the red dark crispy pakora like fried batter is left behind, eat that with dal bhat 💯 You're welcome🗿
