Aslamowalekum sister how many weeks pregnant are you? I use to drink cold milk for heart burn when I was pregnant also if you drink coffee/tea please stop as that's also the reason for heart burn and cut out spicy food I hope inshallah you have a safe and smooth delivery xx

oo yes cold milk has been helping sometimes. Yes tea gives me bad heartburn, so i avoid a lot now but sometimes i give in and really need a cup of tea

Get omeprazole from your gp. It's amazing my heartburn was terrible in both my pregnancies, and this helped so much 😊
