He never got over this woman. He now has to live with the rest of his life being pissed off about the hand he was dealt with.

My mistake. It's actually a Hong Kong movie. People in China are not allowed to make films such as this one. My foreign exchange student told me so. He's from Hong Kong, and Because of him, I've learned the many differences between communist China and liberated Hong Kong.

You don't need Japanese as the action is based in Hong Kong and they speak Cantonese...
