@@ronanlenehan9059 why don't you try to surrender to daydreaming and just make sure you entertain thoughts that are prosperous, yeah it'll be difficult at start since you're familiar with disbundency but once you involve your imagination with love and appreciation and feelings of gratitude every thing will change .... You'll sell things that seemed dull will become smoother and time will flow and your emotional state will be determined by the quality of your thoughts and the emotional response they trigger in you
