2016 was the worst year in my 60 years but throughout all the sorrow and mourning He lifted me up every day for 50 weeks until the day He spoke and said to remove the armband of mourning, which I did. Weeks later in my recliner as I was weeping before Him, not in mourning but instead in gratitude, I cried out to Him asking how did I get through it all. Immediately the Spirit of the Lord covered me and I started singing this song. I hadn't heard it in years but knew it was Him answering me. Afterwards I Googled the words, printed them out and they now are in a beautiful frame in my bathroom where I sing it every morning with so much appreciation. We serve an Awesome Father! "Hearts are mended.!"

I dedicated this song to my brother when he suddenly passed in April 2020. I've never felt so much pain in my life as I did losing him. But the Lord used this song over and over to heal my heart. I just celebrated his third heavenly birthday this month. I can't wait to see him again in heaven where there are no more tears, no more sorrows, no more pain, just unspeakable joy, and eternal life, unlike anything we can begin to imagine. What a beautiful heartfelt song. I wanted to share how while I struggled with a grave illness a few years back, Jesus came to me in a dream. I remember it so vividly yet I questioned myself who was this man and why was I a child in this dream? He held me in his arm and on his other arm he had another child. I was afraid at first as he was wearing a long white gown and I was in a white robe made for a child. I tried to recognize the other child but could not. As I looked up to Jesus he looked into my eyes and I felt this unbelievable outpouring of love even without him speaking to me. At that moment I knew how much he cared and loved me and I didn't want him to let go of me. I just wanted more of his love and I woke up. I felt God's love and I'll never forget that dream. The message I got from that dream was God is ever so close to and he loves us so much. It's an indescribable kind of love and no matter what we are going through he loves you the same. He loves his children and we are to be like children if we want to come into his kingdom. Thank you for letting me share my beautiful dream of being held by the Saviour of the world.

@hsianghua Thank you! One lesson I've learned and am still learning is that the best place to find comfort is in God's presence. As humans, we're not perfect and we tend to stray from our Father. We don't always run back to him when we should, but He's always willing and ready to accept us back into His loving arms. :) One of life's greatest blessings is having a God who cares so much for us that He sent Jesus to die for our sins so that we wouldn't have to. The Bible says in Ephesians 2:8-9 KJV For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast. I hope you already know God for yourself, but if you don't know Him you can know Him today! Jesus suffered, bled and died to pay for your sins and mine, out of love for us! Salvation is in faith: one must realize that they are a lost sinner and will die and burn in hell for all eternity without Christ. Once we see ourselves, all one needs to do is repent of their sins, and put their faith in God: believe with all their heart that He will forgive every sin.. and ask Him to save their soul from hell, with all faith and all sincerity. If you have never gone to God and repented of your sins and put your faith in Him, now is the time my friend.
