Hello I was so happy to see your video Gel it was so nice seeing you smile you have nothing to worry about is that is so common that your mom has that actually heard disease is less serious than your Papa's was she's doing good please don't be sad I believe none of this will let anything happen bad to you and your family we're all one big family here. I haven't worked for 2 years I fell off the roof I'll be going back to work soon 🙏 as of now I'm supporting myself as a chore for years and never missed a day of work so your health is wealth😊 and remember all that stuff I when I start going on about baking stuff that's the best thing you can do just Filipinos eat so healthy but the only thing it doesn't matter what you eat when you put it in oil and fry it it's like eating pure large fat get rid of the oil use the olive oil and just bake everything it's much quicker and believe me once you get used to it you can make baked chicken taste as good as fried and it's much quicker and you got the oven now you will start losing so much weight both of you I think if mama sees you doing it and everybody does it it would be great I know you were mentioning and that's please please read this you were mentioning that you want to lose weight and they were they were teasing you this isn't even any effort keep on eating what you're eating everything is healthy it's just the fried food it happens to Indians to it happened a lot more here years ago but fry food I know it's the best tasting stuff you can get but if you can get rid of that you won't go hungry and just cut down on the sugarI should practice what I preach but thank you so much for being happy I feel much better now I was so sad when I watched your video Saturday I felt so bad for you everybody in your family is healthy you have nothing to worry about God bless you always my friend Uncle Migo Dennis😅😅😅😅😅
