Crosby, Malkin, Letang, Guentzel, Rust, Jarry, Carter, Kapi, Dumo...too much raw talent on the Pens still. But I agree with you. He definitely deserves one. We're incredibly lucky to have him.

Usually it goes to coaches on teams where the expectations were exceeded. I do think he should have won it in 2016 over Trotz though.
