Danggg I cant believe that was your first guitar/guitar in high school. I recently came across those a couple years ago when Ibanez re-made them again. I absolutely fell in love with how they look, especially the red one...hence the exact one you have in the video above. So crazy that out of alllll the guitars in the world, your first guitar is also one of my favorite looking guitars out there. Guess we have similar taste! One of my most used guitar tricks has been something called the inverted power chord. Also the trademark early 2000's octave slide to play a pseudo lead it just sounds so cool and is really simple.

Another awesome episode, Fred! I love the Ibanez, I bet that thing is a pain to restring, haha. I'd love to hear your method for recording guitar and vocals for your projects! Single and double tracking both vocals and guitars and why you would opt to record different things in different ways. I've been re-listening to your 2 TBS albums recently and it sounds like your vocals were mostly all double tracked. Please keep these up! I love these videos!

It came with two pickups but I didn't use the neck pickup and my string always got caught on it, so I had a custom pick-guard made with just the one hole. Two of the knobs do nothing now.
