I'm Brazilian and it's great that he stays at Ajax. I read comments on a Manchester United fan forum and when the first rumors of United's interest in Antony emerged, United fans treated his signing with great contempt, as a minor player. Now they are suffering humiliation in the Premier League. The Dutch have always treated Brazilian players with respect and I hope Antony will reciprocate by helping Ajax win a Champions League.

Wat heeft Ajax nou aan 100mil. Antony is voor een club als Ajax onvervangbaar. Fantastisch dat zijn opvolger al klaarstaat, maar die heeft werkelijk nog helemaal niets klaargespeeld. Met zijn vervanger ga je indirect een paar niveau’s naar beneden. Dus is het nog maar de vraag of het een fantastisch seizoen gaat worden met de huidige matige defensie, zeer matige keepers, en nog lopende transferperiode.
