Need more these Steve, one of my main regrets was turning down the chance of having piano lessons as a kid, (late 70s early 80s) i loved early synth music, Jean Michel Jarre, kraftwerk, leading into early human league and depeche mode, etc but it I wanted to play footy with my mates! When house music, acid and early rave exploded a few years later, and PCs started doing early production programs, i started messin around, makin a few tunes with their built-in samples, but i was gutted that i couldnt pin down exactly the hundreds of tunes i had in my head cos i couldnt convert them keyboard wise, it was too time consuming tryin to replicate note by note, when playing it "analog" wouldve been so much quicker obviously. I bet a lot of the O.G dance djs and producers were kids "forced" to go to piano lessons, who end3d up with a life chang8ng, unforeseeable transferable skill. Coulda been a keyboard wizard now! Sliding doors i suppose, and i never got play up front for Liverpool FC either! 🤣🤣🤣 keep up the great work Steve 💯
