“And you, son of man, prophesy, and strike your hands striking. And let the sword come down twice, thrice, the sword for the slain. It is the sword of the slain, the great one, which surrounds them.

“I have set the point of the sword against all their gates, TO MELT THE HEART and that the overthrown be many. Ah! It is made like LIGHTNING, keen for slaughter. “Sharpen yourself on the right, set yourself on the left, wherever YOUR edge is appointed! “And I too, I shall strike My hands together and cause My wrath to rest. I, יהוה, have spoken.”

And He made My mouth like a sharp sword, in the shadow of His hand He hid Me, and made Me a polished shaft. In His quiver He hid Me.”

“If anyone then says to you, ‘Look, here is the Messiah!' or ‘There!' DO NOT BELIEVE. “For false messiahs and false prophets shall arise, and they shall show great signs and wonders, so as to lead astray, if possible, even the chosen ones. “See, I have forewarned YOU. “So if they say to YOU, ‘Look, He is in the desert!' do NOT go out; or ‘Look, He is in the inner rooms!' DO NOT BELIEVE. “For as the LIGHTNING comes from the east and shines to the west, so also shall the coming of the Son of Aḏam be. ⚡

“And He has given it to be polished, to be taken by the hand. This sword is sharpened and polished, to be given into the hand of the killer.

“For My sword shall be drenched in the heavens. Look, it comes down on Eḏom, AND on the people of My curse, for judgment. “The sword of יהוה shall be filled with blood, it shall be made overflowing with fatness, and with the blood of lambs and goats, with the fat of the kidneys of rams. For יהוה has a slaughtering in Botsrah, and a great slaughter in the land of Eḏom. “And wild oxen shall come down with them, and young bulls with bulls. And their land shall be drenched with blood, and their dust made fat with fatness.” For it is the day of the vengeance of יהוה, the year of recompense for the cause of Tsiyon. 🙌

And the word of יהוה came to me, saying, “Son of man, prophesy, and you shall say, ‘Thus said יהוה! “Say, ’A sword, a sword is sharpened and also polished!

“And I have put My Words in your mouth, and with the shadow of My hand I have covered you, TO PLANT the heavens AND LAY the foundations of the earth, AND TO SAY to Tsiyon, ‘You are My people.’ ”

🔑 Put on the complete armour of Elohim, for you to have power to stand against the schemes of the devil.

“And it shall be, when יהוה has performed all His work on Mount Tsiyon and on Yerushalayim, that I shall punish the fruit of the greatness of the heart of the sovereign of Ashshur, and the boasting of his haughty looks.🤨

“Truly, as I have planned, so shall it be; and as I have purposed, so it stands: “To break Ashshur in My land, and tread him down on My mountains. And his yoke shall be removed from them, and his burden removed from their shoulders. “This is the counsel that is counselled for all the earth, and this is the hand that is stretched out over all the nations.

“Whom have you reproached and reviled? And against whom have you raised your voice, and lifted up your eyes in pride? Against the Set-apart One of Yisra’ĕl!

“For he has said, ’By the power of my hand I have done it, and by my wisdom, for I have been clever. And I remove the boundaries of the people, and have robbed their treasuries. And I put down the inhabitants like a strong one. And my hand finds the riches of the people like a nest. And I have gathered all the earth like forsaken eggs are gathered. And there was no one who moved his wing, nor opened his mouth with even a peep.’ ” Would the axe boast itself over him who chops with it, or the saw exalt itself over him who saws with it? 🤔

“See, the former predictions have come, and new ones I am declaring; before they spring forth I let you hear them.” Sing to יהוה a new song; His praise from the ends of the earth, you who go down to the sea, and all that is in it, you coastlands and you inhabitants of them! Let the wilderness and its cities lift up their voice, the villages where Qĕḏar dwells. Let the inhabitants of Sela sing, let them shout from the top of the mountains. Let them give esteem to יהוה, and declare His praise in the coastlands. יהוה goes forth like a mighty man. He stirs up ardour like a fighter. He cries out, yes, shout aloud. Over His enemies He shows Himself mighty. 💪

“For I shall bend Yehuḏah for Me, I shall fill the bow with Ephrayim, and I shall stir up your sons, O Tsiyon, against your sons, O Greece, and I SHALL MAKE YOU LIKE the sword of a mighty man.” 🤭 And יהוה shall appear for them, and His arrow go forth like lightning, and the Master יהוה sound with the shophar.
