For those wondering "Why does the Medic's "YES" sound so compressed?" It has two variations in the files. The one Valve ended up using for this clapping taunt is named "Medic_quest_complete_hard_05" And it sounds low quality because the classes are talking through a radio(?) I think this one was used for either Gun Mettle or Tough Break when you complete a contract. The one voice line Valve SHOULD have picked is "Medic_taunt_rps_win_08" which was first used for the RPS taunt, as evident by the name. Also, the second voice line comes in too quick so the "YES!" is cut off.
