Why not using hay or straw instead of these roofplates? Hay or straw are also keeping the soil moist and is giving it protection like you said in a other video.

Hello Information Bank. Hope you are doing good. What is the weather condition there in your area now when you say you can sow carrots in May. I'm from India & I can not even dream of sowing carrot seeds outside in this weather when the Sun loves us very much & comes close to us. I normally have 50degree C during the day time. Also, wud like to know the development of seeds that you've sown as shown in this video. Thanks again. Keep doing new things & new videos as well.
