I'm pretty sure Don Quixote isn't a fixer. Before she was recruited into the Limbus Company by Vergilius she definitely couldn't be a fixer, and after that I don't see a point where she could have gotten a license. And I can't remember a chapter in the story where she or anyone else explicitly says she's a fixer, only that she's a fan of them.

“She earned her fixer identification number just prior to joining the company” That’s what her introduction says so I believe before she joined Vergillius helped her apply and she got it (probably alongside a haircut).

Fluorescent lamp + barbed lasso gives enough haste to pretty much always activate the skill 3's conditional and having only 2 skill 2's is more than enough to consistently have 4-6 attack power at all times. Having 3 skill 2's isn't nearly as impactful as having 2 skill 3's.

2 of them cost 80 and the other 2 cost 20 so as long as 8 characters have max rest bonus you can always pick them. I slot in random useless characters for the rest bonus and then swap them into something actually useful during the run.

in your opinion, whats the best base id that all starters should use? (also i feel like don is mainly meant to be used on human battles)

Heathcliff and Hong Lu are the best base identities. They have decent damage with two coin skills and their rolls are the best out of any of them. Hong Lu is more consistent as long as he's not taking any damage but Heathcliff has a much higher ceiling and doesn't have that same restriction. They also don't need uptie 4 like some of the others, so they are definitely better for new players.

@JMIcy Faust or Sinclair. Both of them have terrible rolls and Sinclair is tied with having the worst defense with base Outis. Faust can be okay with her debuffs and Sinclair with his damage but everything else in their kit just makes them practically useless.

​@@Q-HatredI believe for Sinclair to be better. Faust's buffs are really just not good. 2 power down is weak, especially for md5. Her s1 is useless since she has almost the worst speed range, and Sinclair is capable of hitting hard. I know you hate him cuz he is a terrible solo id, which is true, but in a team, he ain't bad. He is often my pick if I need more slash dmg when I use base ids for fun. Otherwise - Meursault is picked cuz of potential regret (although since I don't have any resources to uptie and level base ids, I ain't playing hard dungeon, so I don't really need to use regret on him)
