In Singapore everybody uses it as well. I've thought of it as more of a south-east asian thing than stating that it's one country slang because that isn't accurate.
@deniealnieal10377 жыл бұрын
ChloeChan Games i wont go as far as saying it as south east asian thing since ASEAN is big, they're pretty much malaysian and singaporean things even our closest country Indonesian don't used "lah" at the end of their sentences

@littletree58337 жыл бұрын
We, Malaysians always use "lah" like everyday but often times when foreigner asks what does it mean, we don't know either lol 😂 hahaha act we don't know how to say it, usually bc it's hard to explain xD
@starishwar20347 жыл бұрын
Lah come from ‘adalah’ atau ‘ialah’. It act as unofficial emphasiser. Aside “lah”, I don’t know how to explain it 😅. Lol even those languages professional struggles to explain it in easy way.
@yamin7387 жыл бұрын
Lah is just word that had no meaning it only word to complete some sentences that we used. “Lah” also used to make that sentence look not too serious 😄
@anisahanna53877 жыл бұрын
so true 😂. "lah" also changes some words' meaning. like when people ask "cantik tak?" and we will say "boleh lah" which means so-so. we dont say "boleh" as it means something else and it'll sounds weird gshsgsgsg

Mochii Park hahahah ikr. they literally think we live as a kpop fans for nothing lmao. They are the one who need to change tbh because they have been set their mentality in a negative ways lmao. lol at least we're not racist, we appreciate others culture and respect others religion. And btw wowww you learn all those languages woww I'm impressed and now all those people who says kpop fans only learn korean need to stop cuz your one of the brightest examples out here of what kpop fans looked like for real. I can't relate with ya hahahahaha I only speak malay eng and a lil bit of Korean hahahaha btw I can see your an army HAHHAAHAHAH HYE FAMMMM
@-imgonnabitetaehyunginfutu23847 жыл бұрын
Mochii Park yaa that mentality they need to change. its not us, its them. They always set up kpop as a bad influence when kpop is just a genre lmao. And yea i heard abt "chinese boys" a lot hahaha but glad my parents know that I been into kpop since I'm 12 and now I'm 18 so they keep a positive side with me. but for certain people who knows me, kpop still looked bad in their eyes and idek why lol. And don't worry abt your maths hahaha i been through the same things but you still have chance okay? And yeay i love learning new languages too. its actually gave us great advantage at the future so dont stop doing what you like ok?

so freaking fluent , I've tried self learned techniques in learning korean but I always give up even before I start it , maybe because I'm lack of informations , since we didn't use it that much especially when you are not living in korea , or maybe I'm just full of complaining rather than pushing myself a bit like how I have time to write these comments and not learning it by now ,hahahahahahah . sigh , but pretty hard tho . anyone have personal tips ??
@notgirina6 жыл бұрын
I'm currently learning them rn. I masters korean alphabets less than 10 days because it's super easy than it looks. within a month,I can read almost everything in korean but it's not smooth and fluent yet. if you search "learn korean in 5 minutes" (they have banana in the thumbnail) you definitely knows the alphabets exactly in 5 minutes,trust me it helps a lot. now to make my korean better, I'm labelling every item in my house with their translation in korean using sticky. notes and try replacing them to everyday words for example, "the pyo(table[표]) is dirty" or "have u seen my chungjeongi(charger[충전기])?" so I can get used to it. as u can see I have downloaded korean keyboard and use them as much as possible.. I'm a lazy ass person so I rather sleep than learning korean..my best way to learn if I'm lazy is by watching kdramas or shows..so at least i can learn words like "jinjja?" "heol' "mwo" "kojo" and else, that's my "so called advice"
@yummymellon40586 жыл бұрын
You speaks more like chinese who speaks malay actually. Chinese usually uses lorh a lot while Malay usually uses la a lot in a sentence 🤗
