Wheat flour - ½ cup
Garlic - 3 to 4 cloves
Ginger - 1 inch
Green Chilli - 2, finely chopped
Coriander leaves - 2 table spoon
Garam Masala - ½ tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Baking Soda - ½ tsp
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Edible Oil - 2 table spoon
Fenugreek leaves - 1 cup (finely chopped)
Dahi / Curd - ½ cup
Garam Masala - ½ tsp
Coriander leaves (chopped)
---- CHILKE WALI MOONG DAL ----
Desi Ghee - 1 table spoon
Garlic - 3 to 4 cloves
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Green Chilli - 2, finely chopped
Bay leaf - 1 leaf
Moong Dal (with skin) - ½ cup
Red Chilli powder - ½ tsp
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Coriande rseeds powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp

Edible Oil - 1 table spoon
Black Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Hing/ Asafoetida - ¼ tsp
Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
Green Chilli - 3, cut in half
Curry leaf - 8 to 10 leaves
