Inabraw na Oong | Mushroom Recipe | Quick and Easy | Ilocano Recipe

Wondering how to cook mushroom? This is an easy inabraw recipe to make! You can cook wide varieties of vegetable when you are cooking inabraw. This time I am cooking a mushroom inabraw. Enjoy the recipe below!
Ingredients
Sitaw
Maluggay
Oong
Bagoong isda
Garlic
Water
1. Mix 2 cups water, 2 tbsp of bagoong and garlic. Let it boil.
2. Add Oong (mushroom). Cook it for 15 mins.
3. Add sitaw and malunggay. Cook for another 3-5 minutes
4. Add broth cube (optional)
5. Serve and enjoy!
