Inactivate All Users in my PDI with Flow Designer and Decision Builder

The False(1) should be having Null value for the Active flag and that is why it is standing out. Boolean fields have three value True, False and Null. Label of Null is False, but it stands out when you group by on them.

Omg rohant joshi, that makes perfect sense! I went back to my user list and clicked on that this evening and interestingly that record is completely empty - or in other words, everything is null!
