Hi Ina, happy 2024! 😊 It’s always such a pleasure to watch your videos from that enchanting place you call home. I’m amazed at how many birds there are near your house. Here in northern Italy, I don’t see nearly as many, even when I go walking in the woods. The sculpture of Boo is beautiful-I imagine he preferred to admire it from a distance. That dessert looks so tempting; maybe one day I’ll try to make it myself. The weather here is quite different these days-it’s cold and very gray, but no snow. Unfortunately, except in the mountains, it rarely snows here anymore, much less than it used to. Wishing you, Boo, and your little forest friends a peaceful and joyful New Year!

Thank you so much for the lovely comment! 🥰 I really appreciate it. 🫶 Here comes the recipe: FOR THE DOUGH 220g flour 100g sugar (I use date syrup) 1 pinch of salt 100g cold butter FOR THE FILLING 500 ml milk 1 pack of vanilla pudding powder 50g sugar FOR THE TOP Jam of your choice (I put Blueberry Jam) Bake for 30-40 Minutes at 180C until the crust looks ready. Enjoy! ✨

@fru_fraskogen Thank you so much! Glad you enjoyed it. ♥️ Shoveling snow always takes sooo long, but is a good exercise too! 😄 We feed the finches with sunflower seeds - they love them. 😊

@@inadoart Yes, instead of complaining I think about a more toned body, that helps! I have sunflowerseeds for the birds too but hardly get any finches. I loved seeing you get dompaper and stillitser on your feeders! Well, they probably prefer other places I guess :)

@fru_fraskogen Dompaper are quite shy, but regular visitors here. ♥️ And stillitser came for the first time at the feeder just couple of days ago, such beautiful birds. ✨I don’t see them often around and hope they’ll come back again. Have a nice Friday and weekend ahead. 😊
