I am LOVING all the videos prepared by the Ngai Tahu. So many good memories. I especially enjoy the tone of the voices of the presenters which brings back the memory of family gatherings at my grandmother's in Invercargill and my grandmother's voice in particular. Her laugh, she was always laughing it seemed. and the games of penny poker at her kitchen table!

The taking of any fish or shellfish all night long is not right , And just because you have don't for many years does not mean it is the right thing to do NOW .. .Closing all fisheries between one hour after sunset and one hour before sun rise will give all fish and shell fish a better than average chance to replenish.. New Zealand needs to do this for the future of all fisheries & gatherers. I also believe that All New Zealanders need to pay for a fishing license each year that lasts for 12 months..
