Hey Ray, I have an InandOn KV-800sh plus box without touch screen. My wife bought it from China about 7-8 years ago. I rarely used it until yesterday when I found it from my garage, and upgraded its firmware from ver. 5 to ver. 10 today, the upgrade caused the box does not respond to my remote control. I think the firmware has bugs. Do you have an disk image of ver. 10, or earlier versions which work properly?
