Inaugurating the Charles B. Rangel Infrastructure Workforce Initiative at CCNY

The City College of New York and distinguished guests honor retired U.S. Rep. Charles B. Rangel on the occasion of inaugurating the Charles B. Rangel Infrastructure Workforce Initiative at CCNY. The workforce development project is the brainchild of Rangel, who served Harlem and surrounding areas in Congress for 46 years. Speakers include CCNY President Vincent Boudreau; U.S. Rep Adriano Espaillat, Rangel's successor, who secured Federal funding for the project; Rangel, who currently serves as Statesman-in-Residence at CCNY; President and CEO of the Greater Harlem Chamber of Commerce Lloyd A.
