Full game will release on all console and pc at the same time. Beta was planed only for switch but because they want to test crossplay, they will add pc and ps just because of that soon. :)

How I can download it in the iOS

For now it is only on Nintendo Switch, and soon it will come to PS4/5 and Steam. For iOS we don't have any info for now.
