This game really did this saga good. Even though I dislike the game, this makes me want to play it again. They nailed the DBZ vibe so perfectly. Gohan’s death scene is as sad of not sadder than the original anime. This is literally perfect.

Because to them, it wasn't something worth interfering (due to the fact that the androids can't leave Earth, unlike Majin Buu which can actually go and destroy entire planets), plus, they DID help trunks fight Dabura and prevent the resurrection but that costed Shin's life, (seen in both the DBS anime and manga) which ultimately meant Beerus and Whis would vanish as well. And you may be asking: Oh what about Namek? Shouldn't they get the namekian dragon balls to wish back Piccolo and Goku? Thing is, nobody knew New Namek's location, since the description left by Porunga and the Namekians were vague, it'd take years just to find it.

@@jonathonferreira7806 When a god of destruction dies (or the supreme kai due to how they're connected) the angel that serves them is put in some sort of stasis mode, they "cease" to exist until the next god of destruction appears, then they will appear again, because (Future) Zamasu killed every single Kai in every universe, all the gods of destruction ceased to exist. In a nutshell, Kais are linked to gods of destruction, while angels are linked to G.o.Ds, No kais means no god of destruction and in turn means no angels. There were 18 universes prior to DBS, so it's safe to assume that there were 18 angels (not counting grand minister) opposed to the 13 we see, so where are the other 6? With every single god of destruction dead in the future timeline to stop Zamasu's plan of Zero Mortals, there would be no angels to assist anyone like Trunks. Also, fix your english.

This DLC is The History of Trunks!! The only difference is about Future Supreme Kai and Kabito. In Future Trunks' timeline, Supreme Kai dies and Future and Present Kabito is killed by Dubura. In the present timeline Kabito is wished back to life, But in the Future, he's dead permanently. Future Beerus is also dead. They don't show this in the TV show just clips of it in Dragon Ball Super.

Gohan can only get so far by himself. He has talent but he does not know how to really apply it without someone showing him the ropes. The only reason he became strong enough to achieve Super Saiyan 2 at all in the main timeline is because of the training he received from Goku in the Time Chamber. Though it DOES beg the question of WHY didn't any of the dead Z-Fighters try to get to Gohan through King Kai. I know King Kai is lazy and didn't even know about Cell and the Androids until Goku told him about it, but I think that Piccolo, Krillin, and everyone else who died because of the Future Androids would have told Future Goku about them which would make him relay info about the Time Chamber to Gohan to at least give him an edge of some sort. Even if he doesn't become as strong as his main counterpart at 9 years old, it would been a boon all the same.

If they used their brain they could ask Mr. Popo or if bulma used her brain she could literally prepare medicine for goku and revive him for the duration of life he has left before he succumbs to the heart virus. If your wondering how I know you could even do this is in the first place is during namek saga when guru was killed and was gonna die in the next couple of hours the namekian dragon balls revived him for the duration of life he had left. So technically they could, but for the sake of the plot, they didn’t.

Because of the heart virus. In Future Trunks' timeline there was no cure for it until 20 yrs later. Then Trunks travels to the past and gives Goku the antidote and warns him about the Androids. I think this was suppose to happen and I think this is the original timeline but Trunks changed history with Bulma's time machine.
