Ian, where the email marketing will fit.... would you call it inbound or outbound? because it's also a cost effective method plus support the case "searching for customers"

If a user gave you permission to email him ,then is unbound. If you buy an email list , that's outbound.

thanks for the great vid. the only true online asset you can control is your email list. do not do inbound without it.
