Inbreeding vs. Line Breeding in Dogs - Fully Explained

What if you cross products of different mothers but same father? Is it a good practice? You know, these pure breeds we talk about were actually from a product of such, which serves us till date.

Line breeding doesn’t necessarily mean breeding to grandparents because by the time the grand child is old enough from breeding, the dog is up to retirement age. It’s more like; breeding dogs with similar ancestors. According to WUSV; the only acceptable ones are 3,3 and above. I stand to be corrected

If we are talking of "pure" breeds Inbreeding is not allowed and those puppies can not get papers as pure breed because of incest
